About This Product

White contact lenses are the last step before a character face clicks: the wig goes on, the mirror still shows you, then the slit goes in and something else looks back. For colder roles, the ones who don’t blink like people do, this pair lives in my kit.

Upright Slit, Not a Round Pupil

The graphic centre opens as a narrow upright slit rather than a circle, ringed by a soft light-grey halo. That one detail does the work: on camera the eye stops reading as human, and beside a silver wig the stare carries weight before you do anything with your face. The slit is built to sit upright, so it holds its angle instead of drifting mid-shoot.

Colour and Pattern Up Close

Smoky grey-blue with an icy, translucent feel. The slit feathers through light grey into a deeper mid-iris, crossed by fine dot-and-mesh print, and a thin darker grey ring closes the outer edge. Coverage stays sheer to moderate, so some natural iris variation shows through instead of reading like a sticker.

Levi, Megumi, Sasuke

Cool, low-saturation, forgiving on most skin tones. As Levi cosplay contact lenses the grey-blue keeps his stare flat; as a Fushiguro cosplay lens the slit reads shadowed and watchful; as a Sasuke cosplay contact lens it holds up under dense, high-contrast eye makeup.

Lighting and Camera Notes

Shade, overcast sky and a cool white balance suit it best. Open daylight turns it nearly pearl; warm tungsten greys it down, so set white balance before you shoot. With flash, angle slightly off-axis so the slit catches a small specular highlight.

Outfit and Makeup

Keep the face cool: ash, taupe and grey shadows, muted lip, separated lashes instead of heavy volume. Warm bronze fights the blue. A silver-white wig with cool undertones, a sharp brow and a high collar frame the eyes.

From a Cosplayer Who Bought These

“I wore these to a Megumi shoot and the photographer asked which filter I used. No filter — the lens and a cloudy afternoon.” Lines like that keep a pair in my bag. BQEYE builds for the anime-eye read.

Care Reminder

Wash and dry your hands before handling, store the lenses in clean solution in their case, and never share them. If your eyes feel dry or scratchy, take them out and rest.
