2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Prescriptions
All contact lenses sold on BQEYE require a valid prescription from a licensed eye care professional where applicable by law. By purchasing contact lenses, you confirm that you have a valid, unexpired prescription that matches the parameters of the lenses ordered.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and natural variations in manufacturing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices at checkout are final. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed — in such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and software — is the property of BQEYE or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. BQEYE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product.
