How to Return
Contact us
Email support@bqeye.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll respond with an RMA number and instructions within 24 hours.
Pack your return
Place unopened items in secure packaging. Include the RMA number and a copy of your order confirmation.
Ship it back
US orders receive a prepaid return label. International orders ship to the address on your RMA instructions.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund. Funds appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different color, style, or prescription? Free exchanges on unopened lenses within 30 days. Contact our support team and we'll arrange a prepaid return label (US) and ship your replacement once we receive the return. If there's a price difference, we'll invoice or refund accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including any shipping costs.
