Inserting Lenses

Step 1: Check the Lens

  • Place the lens on your fingertip
  • Check it's not inside out (edges should curve up, not flare out)
  • Ensure it's clean and free of debris

Step 2: Hold Your Eye Open

  • Use one hand to hold your upper eyelid
  • Use the middle finger of your other hand to pull down your lower eyelid

Step 3: Insert the Lens

  • Look straight ahead or up
  • Gently place the lens on your eye
  • Blink slowly a few times
